Affirmations to Heal Your Body

Affirmations can be expressed aloud or thought in one’s mind. Remember, the most important aspect of “speaking” an affirmation is that your words and their power come from the heart. If you desire change within your body, speak internally to the part of yourself you wish to change. If you want your hair to grow luscious and long, talk to it, envision it touching your spine, and mentally feel it swish as you turn your head.

Please, you need to realize, Angel Guidance is always be with you. You have at least two guardian angels and there are a multitude more you can call on. All angels can help with everything; however, some, like the archangels, have areas of specialty, and in addition to your personal guardian angels, you can always call on the power of the mighty archangels.
