Sound healing doesn’t have to be loud or vocal. Our thoughts are powerful vibrations. They resonate through our physical body and thence into our entire auric field, every sphere of which is interrelated. Though some may prefer to use the power of thought to speak affirmations, affirmations can also be spoken aloud. Either way, it is important that you really mean what you say. The affirmation needs to come from your heart not just your head. 


Remember the magic of the heart’s intention is 5,000 times more powerful than the brain. Remember, your body is listening to you twenty-four hours a day. As you prepare to sleep, thank your body for everything it has done or endured that day. 


   

Ask your organs to cleanse your systems through the night so that you can start your next day as well as possible. If you have experienced difficulty in the day or are feeling unwell, send your body love as you would a child or anyone dear to you.
